Hosting an Event

What is a member-led event?

A member-led event is an event hosted by one of our Community members in collaboration with Campus Founders, with the goal of inspiring, sharing knowledge, celebrating, and connecting our Community.

The event & its purpose must align with Campus Founders’ mission and goals, determined in collaboration with the Community team.
The event must be open for our Community to join.

What is your role?

As the main host of the event, you are in charge of planning the event, putting together the agenda, and bringing people to the event.

Collaborate with the Community team about the program & purpose of the event
Organize any speakers or experts (if you have any)
Coordinate with Campus Founders Community team for logistics
Share the event with your target audience
Determine the location of the event
- For free at the Campus Lab
- You can also find a different location, but this is then your responsibillity to organize.
Acting as the host on the day-of the event: welcoming guests, leading participants through the program, staying until the end

How can Campus Founders contribute?

Campus Founders acts as the supporting, collaborative partner for the event. The Community Manager will be your point of contact for the member-led event and support with logistics and marketing of the event.
